Artist F.man was invitated to participate in Doel for a solidarity project from the cultural community for the preservation of Doel village as a cultural enclave in the port.

F.man takes her duty as an artist to make inspired art and spread its creations a suitable destination with a high accessibility for the widest possible audience. This is one of the reasons why F.man uses also the public area as an art exhibition place.

On Wednesday, April 29, 2009 painted F.man the facade of an inhabited house in the Liefkenshoek 18 to aim for the purpose of housing symbolic protection against destruction.

"It is a port that is mind-blowing. Everything is in motion, nothing is constant. My answer to these times of crisis means dreams in clouds-to-earth, the sun as its object or target to the abstract reality of the village aim to stress, "says the artist.
